Euro car park @ the water edge car park

hi guys, I have been sent a parking charge notice by the Euro car parks who are managing the car park owned privately by M&B ( Mitchells & Butlers ) pub and restaurant, apparently the water edge car has two areas of parkings, the one on the left is owned by M&B pub which is private and the other one on the right is for the Hillingdon council, I had no information at the time of the event,!I found disabled bays and I assumed I can park as I’m a blue badge holder, I displayed my blue badge and few days later I have received a parking charge notice, I would appreciate it if you advise me on how to appeal this fine.

Please find photos of the notice and the sign that I missed as well as a google map photo showing where my car was parked. Many thanks

Don't rely on AI for advice on parking tickets it gathers up information from anywhere using what's called "crawler software" it then just displays what it thinks is the best answers. These can be a load of old tosh, for example your search called the car park a "parking lot" that is American, it talks about "fines" they aren't they are merely speculative invoices from greedy chancers, and private parking companies cannot use the other word mentioned "penalties" authorities issue penalties not some two bit parking firm that anyone can start up.

This may seem trivial but you need to be in the right mindset, and be armed with good research and the correct way to approach these scammers.

The best place to start is the newbies thread on here which has everything explained but you don't need to pay these people anything they are over the moon you were confused it's how they scam money out of lees informed targets.

From what I can see this is a nice money spinning honeytrap for them, the driver will hone in on the "Free Parking for Water's Edge Customers" sign everything else is just a tiny blur, all that is far too busy for a driver to take in:

If the keeper has a blue badge but failed to enter the VRM details on the Ipad inside the pub in order to obtain free parking, then plan A is the obvious first thing to do , for any valid paying customer

The RK complains about it to the pub, or to the M&B head office and get it cancelled as a valid blue badge holder, plus reasonable adjustment under the Equality Act 2010

I'd appeal as registered keeper - NOT ADDING ANY WORDS IMPLYING WHO PARKED - because it looks like the back of the notice omits part of POFA para 9 :

    "if after…"

should have a section "or" and it's not there.

@cooldude255220 is good at writing these POFA wording omission arguments.
