Side Question, I have also got another claim pending - I submitted my defence in June but still haven't received my Directions Questionnaire. Is waiting 3 months or more normal for this?

MCOL doesn't say one was sent out. last update was the Defence I submitted.

Not normal, but keep checking your MCOL claim history weekly, to see if or when they post it to you

update, I received this in response to the claim I submitted on Monday from the CNBC. Never received this for my previous pending claim in June. Is this something new?

im guessing this isn’t the questionnaire.

That is standard for anyone submitting a defence BUT you say it was in response to the claim you submitted on Monday. Have you started a claim against CEL or did you tick counterclaim in the defence submission?

No I didn’t open a counterclaim I just clicked defend all of this claim but I submitted it right on the deadline date.

It was for this claim not a previous claim.
