eBay Custom Postage Not Available
For the past 2 days I have been unable to change my custom postage options on my listings, I just get a message saying they are not available. I called eBay and they advised it was a global issue and wouldn't be fixed until Monday because being the weekend they don't have the resources (Staff) to fix it, surely as a business which operates 24/7 not having the staff available at the weekend to fix a global issue is ridiculous, you really wonder about the wisdom of their senior management and their commitment to customer service.

Business or private ?
I know most private sellers are now switched over to SD on all compulsory items, so they might be tinkering with that. We all tend to worry when eBay tinker.

Hi I`ve rung Ebay today about the same problem and it`s been escalated so I guess it`s affecting everyone at the moment.
A message comes up` ` There aren`t any options available. Update your package details or switch to flat postage"

I thought it was just me doing something wrong 😂
I've got a pile of mini cross stitch kits to list, but £2.94 postage is ridiculous. Oh well, I've got the evening off!
