Court Claim - Elms Legal & Excel Parking

The filing date and time is that of the email as received on their end, not when they get around to processing it.
PD 5B, para 4.2:

Obviously not. If you got an acknowledgement email then your defence is in.
Hope you didn't put your name, signature and date above the Statement of Truth though?!

Well that's some good news. Should I send another email to the CNBC (with Elms Legal CC'd in as previously) telling them to add my phone number to my defence submission?

No need. Read my reply above though.

It was just an auto response to say that my email had been received, but it looks like I'd have got that even if I'd sent a blank email. I haven't had anything from them that says they're actually ok with what I've sent, and the Practice Direction 5B rule I quoted earlier specifically says that any email sent to them must include a phone number.
No luckily, just before I hit send, I did some final Googling and found that the Statement of Truth had to go above my name and signature, so I don't think I've made any other mistakes apart from forgetting to include my phone number in the email.0 -
Which is fine. Nobody ever used to add their phone number!

The phone lines open at 08:30 and that's the best time to call.
Did you receive an auto-reply to your email submission? The time/date of receipt is what matters here.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

Unfortunately I start work at 06:30, but I got an auto reply so, based on the replies on here since, it sounds like I'm all set.
