Hello everyone

I started doing this while eating my breakfast, somehow it's now 20 past 3. I went to our community larder this morning, it just started a couple of months ago - I got a good bag full for my £2 including shower gel, washing up liquid and handwash. They had lots of fruit today so I got apples, peaches, pears, a few bananas and also a cucumber, a big bag of baby plum tomatoes, a pepper and 2avocadoes - they were all free. Then I got the bus down to the care home, where I shared the fruit with mam, they were both ok this morning, though complaining there was a fly annoying them!

Back home and had my lunch in the summer house and a nice read…very peaceful! I had a lovely day at our nearest beach with little one yesterday, she wanted a 'whole day' so that's what we did, we were there for almost 6 hours - she was in and out of the cold North Sea and I had a few paddles too. Lots of sandcastle building and hole digging and ball catching, a lovely free day out…other than £6 for 2 ice creams. I put her straight in the bath to get rid of the sand 'in her nooks and crannies' as she says - when we got home and I had a shower after her - we were both in our pyjamas by 5.30 - she ate a tin of spaghetti hoops with cheese on and a slice of toast then DD picked her up.
