Morning all, thanks Gers for starting.
I've just read back for a few days worth of posts and seen a few of you have worries and troubles so thoughts are with you all.
I've not posted as we've been running around looking after DS2, he has a slipped disc, and called an ambulance on Monday. In a&e for a few hours before we picked him up, armed with a prescription but it was too late to get the meds so yesterday we tried several chemists - no parking at our nearest one, next one shut,DS own doctors chemist out of stock but 4th time lucky. He's not keen on taking them as he feels like they send him dizzy and daft.
We have to go and pick up a few bits for him, collect DGS later to take to his training and then deliver him back to his DMs.
Been out early with Ldog, he had a paddle in what water was running down the brook. Right, better get going,& posting might be sporadic for a bit.Deep breaths, keep calm & carry on.

Hello everyone
I haven't managed to post for the last couple of days as I had both children, we went to a poetry writing activity at the library on Monday which little one enjoyed and foster baby conveniently slept through, then did some science experiments in the afternoon, when he was asleep again! Yesterday I put the paddling pool up for little one and she had a great time while baby rolled around in a beach tent, my washing on the line was making shadows on it which he was fascinated by.
I've been to a dental appointment this morning, getting info on denture implants, it's very expensive but I could use some of my share of mam and dads house money to pay for it… I need to think about it more.
Then I went shopping, after which I waited ages for a bus, will go down to the care home as soon as I finish my lunch.
Redruby - you have my sympathies, mam still doesn't accept that she wasn't managing at home. I had to tell the carers to ignore her telling them to leave and, when an extra call was put in to make their lunch, she would make something before they came so she could say they'd already eaten
Camelot your holidays seem to have gone quickly
Hope everyone has a good day x
