CCJ issued paperwork gone to old address
Hi everyone,
Hoping for some help, I have just checked my credit score to discover a CCJ issued in April after looking into this it seems to be from bank parking management for a parking ticket I recieved last August for £170 no initial ticket I wanted to appeal as I did not receive initial correspondence however I could only write to the company they do not take calls so I decided to just set up a payment plan to save hassle.
Last October I set up a standing order with ZZPS of £10 a month & in total have paid £90 Since looking into the CCJ it appears I did not put a reference number on the standing order and payments did not get allocated to my account. ZZPS advised I must claim the money back via my bank which I am currently in the process of doing. They also advised this is now with DCB legal.
Additionally All court paperwork has been sent to my old address which I moved out of in February CCJ was issued 23rd April.
I have emailed DCB legal 2 weeks ago with tenancy agreement and screenshots of bank statement making payments however I have still had no reply.
I did not update my driving license at this time worried this might bite me in the !!!!!! however my log book address was updated on 26th March .
Today I sent an urgent email to DCB legal advising a consent to set aside before I complete N244 form. I have given them 7 days to respond .
can anyone advise the amount owed in the CCJ is £286 I’m now stressing as I have the consent payment to make or hearing fee if they don’t consent. Willing to pay the ticket but not all the fees advise would be great
Thankyou

Don't pay anything.
Don't email DCB or ZZPS.
Don't talk to them on the phone.

I'll send you a pm because you don't want to agree to whatever they come back with. Proper help is available.
Do not speak to DCB Legal. Do not consent to their idea of a proposal.
