Monmouthshire Building Society RS Account matured

Monmouthshire Building Society RS maturity – stuck in nominated account loop?

Does anyone know how to transfer funds out of a matured Regular Saver?I am trying to set up my nominated account but it keeps looping (also tried linking up with my previous nominated bank account). When it did finally allow me to enter the transfer amount, neither account balance changed.

  • How long do these funds normally take to show?
  • Is this a known glitch, or has my request actually gone through?

I've been on hold to their customer service for 45 minutes so any quick insights would be great.

It's normal, the transaction doesn't show until it processed (App) ( I'd allow a couple of hours). Online is only updated early morning.

Didn't glitch for me last week, all done on the app.

If there's some doubt over whether the transfer has happened best to stay on the helpline.

If it has worked, those funds generally appear in your nominated account around 4-5:00pm.

    UPDATE:

    TRANSFER FUNDS

Transfer funds externally for the first time, the linked / nominated account will need to be processed and the funds can take up to two days to arrive (for me, my MNOS balance has not changed hence my OP). As other posters have mentioned it should be around 4 - 5pm.

    CUT OFF TIME FOR TRANSFER
The cut off time for transfer is 2pm (On a working weekday) depending on how busy MNOS gets better to do it early in the morning.

    STANDING ORDER
Standing order to fund the RS account can be any day of the month but preferably not after the 25th of each month (due to the what day that day lands on the month)

It has been over 2.5 hours since I have requested the transfer, I was told should be in my account by midnight if not call back in two days time.
