As it seems to come up as a question from time to time I applied online and paid on Monday of this week. posted original Will Tuesday, tracking showed it was delivered Wednesday which was acknowledged by email on Thursday stating it would be reviewed. This morning got an email saying it was granted.
Less than a week!
All seemed very simple and very efficient.
