Arranging contents insurance - unclear on roof material

Nothing specific on the planning docs I can see. Describe it as waterproof membrane and see if the insurers care? Doubt it matters whether it's a rubber or plastic-based material.

(I checked some other Home Reports for the development and none of them made more specific guesses!)

I am thinking it to be unreasonable for you to know that exact material as you nor i are professional roofers. I would describe it as a flat roof with modern waterproof membrane. The insurance company can always refer to the underwriters if needs be.
