Late return of Directions Questionnaire - N180

Stupidly I completed the N180 and then left it in a folder to email but forgot. It has now been emailed to DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk and copied to DCB Legal but is 3 days late.

What is the likely next step - have I lost by default?

If anyone has experienced the same mistake I would be grateful for your experience

Check your email inbox and spam folders for their auto response email

Keep checking your MCOL claim history to see when they log the N180, typically 7 to 14 days after your submission

No that will be fine , you may get an order, ordering you to file it, if you do and it hasnt shown up on MCOL then email it again

Thank-you for the quick replies. Due to the system no accepting the password on the original claim form I have done everything via email so the case does not appear on MCOL.

I do, however, have emails responses to this mornings filing from both the the court and DCB.

Your thread title needs to help us help you once you come back needing us again at WS stage, so it needs to be the name of the parking firm followed by DCB Legal claim, defended

Also, if you have not yet seen and read the CMA's Open Letter and consumer protection compliance warning to the parking industry 2 weeks ago, we suggest you go read it now.

Which parking firm are you up against? Not Euro Car Parks , by any chance?!
