Oxford City Centre PCN
Just wanted to post this in case anyone else gets one. They can be beaten.
Visited Oxford city centre, that was my first mistake. They have a "temporary" scheme where you have to pay to use some roads, £5/day.
That evening I tried to pay, but their website was broken. There was a note on there saying "if you get an error, try again later". I tried again later, and the day after, but it was still broken. Eventually managed to pay a few days later.
Got a PCN. Went to appeal it, and the appeal website was broken too. Took screenshots, emailed them the appeal. Eventually they dropped it.
They claim you can pay by phone as well, but at least when I went on their website there was no phone number. Probably don't want too many people using it.
If you can't pay, don't take any of their BS. It's their fault.
