Resident's Association bank account

Hi Everyone

I am the treasurer of a small park home resident's association. We have been operating for nearly three years and our annual income is in the range of £100 to £150; expenditure is minimal.

The committee have decided that we need to open a bank account. I have done some research, including following up on suggestions from old threads on this forum, but either the accounts are no longer available, or the requirements are not conducive with a park home resident's association.

Does anyone out there, who is involved in the same type or a similar resident's association, have any recommendations.

Personally if it was me, considering annual revenue is £100-£150, I'd probably just let someone put it in their own name to save the faff.

Is that £100 to £150 or £100k to £150k?

Is this just a social club, or running the park home?

If that number really is just £150/year then I'd be using a biscuit tin and a cash book.
