How odds work

Every entry has an equal chance of winning, whether it was free or paid. Boosting simply increases the number of entries you hold – it doesn’t change the odds of any individual entry. If you enter for free by post, your entry carries exactly the same chance of winning as a paid entry.

Prize delivery and collection

Delivery and collection arrangements depend on the prize. For cars, you’ll need to collect the vehicle from us, and you’re responsible for insurance, road tax, and any other running costs from the point of collection. For smaller prizes, we’ll cover delivery and insure the item until it reaches the address on your account. We’ll be in touch with full details as soon as you’re confirmed as the winner.

Tax and prize value

Prizes won through UK free prize draws are not classed as income, so you won’t need to pay tax on anything you win with us.

What time is the draw?

Where can I watch the draw live?

We strive to run a daily LIVE draw on our Instagram and TikTok, usually around 15 minutes before the official draw time. Follow both to catch it as it happens, along with new prizes, discounts and offers, and exclusive content.

Do I need to watch live to win?

Not at all. Every entry has exactly the same chance of winning whether you’re watching the LIVE draw or not. Tuning in is just a fun way to see the draw happen in real time – it has no effect on your odds.

How are the winners selected?

Draws are handled automatically by our Random Number Generator, which is verifiably random and reviews every entry in the draw before picking one completely at random. No one on our team can influence or pick the winner – once the draw runs, it’s entirely out of human hands.

How are the winners announced?

If you don’t catch the LIVE draw, the site locks down at 9pm and the winner is drawn. Once done, the winner is displayed on this page as well as any relevant winner pages.

What happens if the draw doesn’t sell out?

Every draw goes ahead at the advertised time and a winner is always selected from all entries received, regardless of whether the draw sells out.

How does the winner receive their prize?

The Planet of Dreams team handles all this for you – all you have to do is sit back and wait for your prize to arrive at your door. In the case of winning one of our big car giveaways, we’ll strive to make it an exciting event and surprise you at home or your place of work!

For other prizes we use a mixture of delivery companies to get your prize to you, with Royal Mail being our go-to whilst DPD and ParcelForce often handle the bigger or more specialist items.

Our team will arrange posting your prize out to you and send you email confirmation once it’s done.

Please be aware that whilst we strive to get prizes out within 2–3 weeks, sometimes due to our supply chain it can take 4–6 weeks for a prize to be dispatched.

Is there a cash alternative?

Yes, this draw has a cash alternative of £120. If the winner would prefer this instead of their prize, they’ll need to reply to the email they receive with their bank details within three days.
