I would query this with the EA who is responsible for the listing and ask if there have been any additional improvements made to the house that might justify change?

It could be that they have completed works noted on a previous buyers survey and the owner feels justified in claiming this cost back

However given that the changes do not reflect different bandings on Rightmove I would be cautious on making any offer without gathering evidence on their willingness to proceed

In terms of pricing, this property seems reasonably priced. For example, Area360 estimates its value at around £150k.

However, as already mentioned, it’s been on the market for over a year, and it looks like several previous sales have fallen through. That suggests something may have been discovered during the survey.
