My next move would be to wait for an actual Money Claim, as long as they have your correct address

Sorry but how has £170 for one PCN turned into £340 for 2 PCN's?

So they sent silly debt recovery letters then say that they charge an extra £70 to avoid debt recovery complete halfwits.

Just because a non regulated trade club says come on guys just add another 70 quid on we'll add it to our made up COP that does not make it right at all.

I thought they had just bumped it up but they are chasing me for 2 charges,

the one ive mentioned here where I parked in a yellow box the second one which id thought they had dropped was for about an hour maybe 2 I didnt renew my 24hr parking on the app,

I did challange that an explaind to them I park there everyday, pay for 24hr parking but maybe work distractions or no Internet an hour or 2 was missed before I renewed it.

They turned my apeal down and asked me to pay, I think £100,

Of course they turned that down you are not dealing with John Lewis, these are nasty greedy people that do not manage car parks they only manage wording that fills their bank account.

Relax! You'll never pay a penny.

Come back when the Claim Form arrives.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
