DCB LEGAL, UKPC claim

This thread relates to my previous thread:

I have decided to opt for "Acknowledgement of services" from the CCJ

DCB legal have been contacting me/ pressuring me to make the payments and have been calling me a few times a week for this.

I plan on staying true to my CCJ.

How likely is it that DCB legal will stop and waiver the payments?

You seem to be very confused. You have 2 separate issues and need one thread for each.

You have 1 CCJ. That is a court order related to a parking dispute with Parking Eye The court has made a judgement on that and you cannot defend it until you get it set aside. That needs to be discussed in one thread.

You also have an active parking dispute with Uk Parking, which is what the letter from DCB legal is about. You can defend that. You need one thread to discuss that.

Only discuss each issue separately on its own thread.

Do not mix the two - be clear which thread is for which issue.

Do not talk about defending the ccj. You need that set aside first.

Do not refer to issue 2 as a ccj.

They all apply for the same contravention. Which is why I thought they would be appropriate for the same thread

A CCJ from ParkingEye is completely different from a Ukpc claim form.

I think the first thread was about the CCJ?

In that case, change this thread title to something more suitable like

    DCB LEGAL, UKPC claim

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So you said on your parkingeye ccj thread you'd done the AOS but you haven't mentioned it on this thread. The AOS needs done for your UKPC claim not parkingeye. To prevent confusion ensure you post info/queries on the correct thread - UKPC here, Parkingeye on your other thread.

On what date did you do the AOS for your UKPC claim ?

Does it show as completed in MCOL history?

Have you filed a defence for the UKPC claim?

You must complete court requests within the timescales stated or you'll end up with another default CCJ for this UKPC claim.

It will help people advise you if you post copy of Claim form (N1SDT) the UKPC one only, nothing relating to the Parkingeye one.

    Before posting redact:

    ● your name address

    ● car reg in POC, any pcn ref no

    ● claim number - top right

    ● password in Important Note
