savings account question

Hi everyone,
Can you knowledgeable people point me in the direction of the account which will pay the best interest for these circumstances.
Im currently using Icesave and i am happy there but i need to be able to transfer money to Hargreaves Lansdown or Self trade instantly to make investments, obviously Icesave has to be done through a nominated account thus delaying by 3 or 4 days.
So basically i want to know whats the best account where i can transfer money straight away ?

The question is how instant do you instantly to be. Why not use the CHAPS system offered by Icesave and link the account you want to send the money to, but it will cost you £30 a go. If you are buying shares you usually have a few days to pay for them so why instantly?
