psp memory stick

It's the memory stick pro duo you need. I know this is a bit more, but you could get a new 1GB for 10 pounds on play.com or a 3GB for 15 pounds. Otherwise, if you're happy with ebay, that one will work

While it is not necessary to get one this big for game saves alone - you can put music, photos and videos on it as well

No don't buy memory off ebay. There are too many selling fakes hence the difference in price between legit sellers and ebay sellers.

Unfortunatly some are ok but there are way to many that are not so it isnt worth the risk, problems with the fakes vary from reduced capacity becasue a 1GB card is displaying as 2GB or 4GB. to poor quality that fall apart or don't fit in pro duo slots resulting in memory cards stuck in PSP's or phones what ever. Is it really worth the risk of loosing that saved game becasue you break the physical limit of the card.

I highly recomend the sandisk gameing cards, I have 1, 2 and 4GB cards the price is excelent from play. The PSP does a lot more with the memory card than just store saved games, it can store music and video as well that the PSP will play. there are other things that can be stored but that is too dodggy to be spoken about on this forum.
