Follow the LoC ( LBC ) advice in the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum, respond by email with the LoC response template, then wait for a Money Claim N1SDT pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL to arrive in the post in due course

Oak Legal Services, a trading name of ZZPS ????
Are you aware that the fake £70 scam was the invention of Mr Osner who owns ZZPS
It's known as the OSNER SCAM and the BPA approved the scam
It is a load of old rubbish and is a SCAM. it is also a feeble attempt of DOUBLE RECOVERY which the courts do not allow
So, if Oak Legal Services take this the court it will be a FAKE claim
They mention the Supreme Court v Parkingeye ? Seems like they don't know what they are talking about.
The Supreme Court ruled on a £85 charge saying that the charge was set to operate the scheme
TO OPERATE THE SCHEME simply means what it says, non of the added £70 scam rubbish
Oak AKA ZZPS are misleading you and a court and misleading consumers means an investigation by the CMA
YOU DO NOT OWE £170
