Hi all,
Quick update: I received the 'Directions Questionnaire' Form N180 by post recently. This was a really straightforward form to populate (even for me) and it only took around 15 mins or so. The letter I received actually contained a QR code linking to a PDF for the N180 form, which can then be emailed off once populated. Very convenient. You also get auto responses confirming receipt from the court and the claimant - much better than sending paper copies in.
DCB Legal have been trying to contact me regarding this 'urgent' case. I let them go to voicemail.
