Man Airport Debt Recovery
Hi i recently received a fine from APCOA which was sent to my business lease company. The lease company as they should passed them my company details so the fine can be sent to us. I waited so i could start action as per the advise on this forum but nothing came, I originally thought it may have got wiped as they are probably sick of chasing drivers, however i received a 7 day letter today to pay 170 or face possible court action.
Simple Question is do i ignore this? or is there a process to get this waived….there is no driver mentioned on the letter, just the business name.
If i do ignore when do they give up and the letters stop coming?

But put in an email complaint to APCOA that you were not sent a Notice to Hirer. Tell them you'll report them to the CMA and the BPA if they fail to handle this complaint properly and issue a NTH.
