CPS Midlands LTD Parking Charge
Hi Everyone, I am so stuck on what to do! I parked in CPS Midlands LTD car park last July and bought a valid pay and display ticket for 24 hours. I came back to my car the next day and had two parking charges. Luckily, I still have the valid ticket so photocopied it and appealed to CPS midlands ltd.
I then didn't hear from them till this May claiming I had ignored their response of denying my appeal and claiming 2 x £170. They also sent TNC collectors on me. Since then, I emailed and stated I had not received any communication from them denying my appeal, requested an IAS reference to appeal and sent all my evidence.
They have denied my IAS reference as I am out of the time frame for appeal, deny my evidence saying my ticket was not displayed and have said they will take legal proceedings.
Has anyone had this before? I still have my valid ticket.

You have left the Debt ID and presumably your name showing on the letter

Errr …it is pretty obvious who sent it! Why do you think it says "do NOT contact us"?
Read that section and think about it. Who does it say to pay? Who is it really from?!
