Time to start hassling solicitor re Grant of Probate?

True, but if someone asks 'how long?' or generally for an update, a response should be given. And 3 weeks is IMO long enough to wait.
But I too would phone next. Maybe the solicitor is or has been on leave, and they can't ignore a phone call in the same way as they can an email.
