HM Court & Tribunals Service Letter
Hi. Earlier this year, I received two infringement notices from UK Parkinson Control about 2 separate incidents but both involving a Blue Badge holder. In the first infringement the Blue Badge was not a valid reason to park in this space ( unknown to us that any parking regulations had changed since we parked there before) and the second parking infrindgement, in a marked bay without displaying the Blue Badge. My husband who has dementia had put the badge away but then got out of the car but forgot to put it back in the meantime the parking attendant issued the notice.
After several letters from different companies DCB Legal have issued court proceedings and I have a Claim Form for each of these infringements. I have no idea what to do, what to write. Is there anyone who can help, please?
