Horizon options

After losing at Popla when they selected Stevie Wonder as their latest assessor I have now received a reminder from our friends at Horizon.

I'm wondering what options for fun there are here as they have replicated the reverse from a PCN, meaning I'm now allowed infinite Popla appeals apparently.

The car had broken down, so I'm wondering what would happen if I appealed with evidence of that, which I didn't bother with last time as I knew I'd just get the £20 settlement.

The keeper also wasn't the driver, so they'll be a liability transfer at some point.

Any suggestions on how to tease them?

The Parking Charge Number and VRM is still showing on the "How to Pay" section.

I'd wait, do nothing, then string the DRA along with making them comply with the PAP from September onwards until 'the Autumn' when the new Code comes in, and only THEN do the ToL.

Reason being, if the CoP stays as planned and shown when we last saw it in 2025, it DOES let a named driver appeal that PCN even after a keeper has appealed.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
