Hi all,

In case it proves useful to anyone else here, here is my POPLA appeal letter, which resulted in the PPC (UK Parking Control Ltd) 'withdrawing' my appeal and cancelling the charge (!!!!!!).

I really dislike how they can try and mug people like this, and then get away with zero repurcussions by simply walking away when they know they're on the losing side… Surely there must be someone out there who can kick some proverbial butts?!?
