Wasn't sure where to post this???
i recently bought a sainsburys be good to yourself chicken tikka meal and tonight when i've got to heat it up i saw what i thought was a bayleaf but turns out to be bits of rubber in the chicken tikka section, i am about to email sainsburys to let them know about it i'm not after any compensation as i ate the meal anyway (i'm not fussy) but think they need to know to tell the manufacturer which seems to be noon here is what i have written to saisnbury's:
I recently bought one of your be good to yourself chicken tikka meals from the chiller aisle, today when i cooked it there was what i thought to be bay leaves in the curry part however on closer inspection they seem to be bits of black rubber, there are 8 bits some very tiny and others visably larger, i still have the outer cardboard sleeve and bits of rubber if it is needed for reference purposes (not really sure what to write after this bit???)
do oyu think there is anything else to add??

Other women want a boob job. Honey the only silicone i'm interested in is on a 12 cup muffin tray, preferably shaped like little hearts

you can ring them on the number which is provided on the box - 0800 number
they need to be made aware of the fault in the quality control process of the people who make the product and they should give you a refund if not more0 -
This gives a new slant on a rubber chicken
Seriously, it is terrible and hopefully you will receive some form of compensation and apology. An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:
