Another small win/acknowledgment of how much nicer a proper budget is - ordered a card and gift for Australian fathers day out of the birthdays/gifts sinking fund pot, so the money was there all ready to go. Normally I have a time of it getting money back from 2 siblings as we split these things three ways, for a change they've paid me straight back but it wouldn't have actually left me short on anything with any delay. I think I only have 2 more birthdays this year, one of which is a milestone birthday but they only want a small gift, so for the most part this pot will just build up and Xmas is accounted for separately 😊

Today has just been a day of housework so far, for someone who lives alone I must have some sneaky gremlins that come in overnight and keep making a mess 😂

I've actually got a lot of small things on in the coming week, I have a friend coming over tomorrow, GP appointment on Tuesday plus my brother coming round to help me with the garden, a tattoo appointment and my first counselling session on Thursday , an inspection for the estate agents on Friday (so the gremlins will need to behave next week so that the house looks presentable) and a family birthday thing on Saturday.

Now that the exchange is done it's time for you to focus on the most important thing and that is YOU.

    Busy week for you.

What tattoo are you getting? I'm planning some more too.
