If you google, it’s easy enough to find companies that will provide this service. Can’t give any recommendations because I’ve not used one.

Pedant alert - it's could have not could of.

I used this company and found them very efficient https://www.sharedata.co.uk/

  • I know this isn’t what you asked but I have done this myself. They are a ball ache, but they are also doable. I had to google quite a bit but the information is there, I think I searched “how to fill in” and the ID of the form. I also didn’t have probate (near insolvent estate), the estate was intestate, we were separated and I didn’t have letters of administration! But that was only one company and Fidelity managed to share, I believe other companies are much trickier!

Without treating the output as gospel (ie. check everything) any of the main AI engines, given the form, and additional details, should be pretty good at getting you 90% of the way there. Previous use of AI, and knowing how to ask it questions, ensuring you get it to ask your questions, will make this easiler.

The question is whether you're willing/able to complete that final 10% yourself.

I assume your biggest stumbling block is the Medallion Signature Guarantee system for US certificated stocks as explained below -

    https://medallionguarantee.co.uk/single-post/2025/10/09/selling-inherited-us-stocks-from-the-uk/

You could contact Redmayne Bentley ( UK stockbrokers with offices across the UK) who purport to handle the whole process leading up to holding the shares in digital form on a UK custodial system -

Alternatively, a number of other listed service providers identified by @xylophone a few years ago below -
