OEIC Accumulation Fund CGT base costs
I have held an M&G Asian Fund Acc for several years. I know the original base cost and I have a record of the dividends, equalisation (always £0), and 'Tax amount'.
To get the base cost, do I add up the original cost and each of the dividends? Do I include the 'Tax amount'?

I put in the figure given as "income payable as dividend", and do not take the "tax credit" figure into account - eg my tax voucher said Tax Credit £3.88, Income Payable as Dividend £34.93, and also Total Amount Accumulated £34.93. And that £34.93 equals the Total Holding times the Net Amount per Unit.

That must be a holding you had from before 5 April 2016 as that is when the tax credit got abolished. Any dividend distributions since then wouldn't have a tax credit.
@olbas_oil equalisation is connected with purchases of units. Usually the next accumulation after a purchase has some equalisation. If you've only made the one purchase, only the first accumulation may have had some equalisation element
