APCOA APPEAL

35867749-1b4d-4ccb-8bba-3048e9d9aec9.jpeg

I cannot locate the original letter and the parking charge notice number is not working on the APCOA appeal submission form. Please advise how best to appeal?

You'll never pay this but you can't appeal unless APCOA will reissue the PCN for you because it wasn't received. You can totally ignore this as long as there's no claim form and even if it happened, you'd just defend. Not pay!

But if you are itching to do something…there is a massive thing that could see APCOA investigated and fined!

    1. Email a complaint to APCOA to request to re-issue the PC, and quote the Code of Practice clause about that. Ask them to provide proof of posting it because it was not received.
    2. Wait for them to say no.
    3. Report APCOA to the CMA for refusal to reissue PCNs that they know were not served and they know the consumer had no opportunity to appeal.

3 is important! Read this post and learn what to do and why it matters:

Read the news and see how you can drop APCOA in it. Each complaint is fact specific so obviously your CMA complaint would be worded slightly differently.

First you need to contact APCOA and quote the Joint Code and let them dig their hole.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
