Yellow Box on Junction - PCN

Hi all,

I would like your advice on the following:

Just the edge of the back was in the yellow and that was due to a car stopping in front. It's not like it blocked the road.

Read the sticky 'Read this first before posting your case' as well as reading through some of the other threads there ahead of posting your own details, to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate), as they need to see all the small print, and a Google Street View link.

Was the road ahead clear before you entered the box? If so you have a defence.

I don't have the video. They only show them 2 photos. I was stopped as the lights turned red. It's hard to predict as it's a small car and I thought I can make it. There was space in front. The cars stopped which made me stop but I am not obstructing anything
