Hello, I wanted to switch broadbands from o2 because I am paying for such low gb. Does anyone have recommendations that are cost effective, I was thinking smarty?

First of all, you should check which providers have the best signal in your area. You can do that on the Ofcom website. You can check on each provider's website, but I found that they all said that the signal was good in my area, so I don't think they're impartial.
Do you know the actual speeds you're getting at the moment?

For broadband? Yes, if it's mobile broadband, but their is no anything in the OP indicating this except confusing 'smarty'.
What sort of broadband - lanldline or mobile?

As the OP writes about "low gb" I suspect they do mean a mobile broadband such as those provided by O2.
A bit more info as to their needs and use would be beneficial.

The OP said, "I am paying for such low gb". They mentioned GB, rather than Mbps, which I understand to be a data allowance rather than speed.

Mobile data would depends on the signal at your location.
If the total usage is less than 1000GB. Go to hukd and search Three business SIM from scancom.

What is your measure for "best"? Best for stability, best for support, best for latency, best for throughput, cheapest?
