TPS/ZZPS/GCTT Parking Charge Wicksteed Park

Hi, I received a Final Demand dated 22/5/26 for a parking charge that occurred on 9/4/26 at Wicksteed Park in Northamptonshire.
Not sure if these details matter, but the pay machine wasn't working on exit. I'm hoping my main defence is that I did not receive a notice about the charge, only a final demand well over a month later.
Timeline:

• 09/04/26 Parking event at Wicksteed Park (Machine wasn't working, left without paying)
• I never received the original Notice to Keeper.
• I received a Final Demand (dated:22/05/26) from TPS.
• I emailed TPS and Wicksteed Park.
• TPS sent an automated acknowledgement but never substantively replied.
• I received a ZZPS debt collection letter.
• I emailed TPS and Wicksteed Park again.
• Neither replied.
• I have now received a "Warning Notice of Transfer to Solicitors" from GCTT.

I have just seen that I can't appeal at POPLA unless I have a 10-digit verification number. I am unable to appeal on TPS website a I am receiving "Sorry, we can't find this parking charge on our system." message when I enter the ref no and Vehicle Reg.

Should I attempt to contact them again? I feel a bit stuck.
