DCB Legal (Bank Park) Claim Form received

Hi, I have been looking through all the information regarding this and understand about Acknowledging the Claim and having to submit a defence etc but unsure about the wording. My daughter paid for 12 hours parking outside a railway station. She got back and drove home. She received a notice that she was 12 minutes over. She appealed and offered to pay another £2.50 as she was unaware she was over. There are no paper tickets issued when you pay and not electronic notification etc. All done via camera. Reason on the claim form is "parked without a valid payment". Looking for confirmation of what defence wording she needs please.

Presumably she has been through the appeals process, rejections, letter before claim etc and has now received a N1SDT claim form. Can you show us the form please, redacting any personal information but leaving in the date of issue and the POC.

Thank you, yes she appealed and got an email refusal. The contravention was 25 October 2025 and the refusal was dated 1 December.

Another consideration, or not, it was really cold and icy when she returned to the car park so had to sit in the car and defrost it and went to the loo before that, so 12 minute overstay is trivial.
