"Is there a way to contact a mediator now through Citizens Advice or something"

None of this has anything to do with Citizens Advice, in fact they are quite useless with anything to do with parking full stop!

And for goodness sake, DO NOT make an offer of money when you get the Court Mediator phone call. Just follow the 8 steps.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you, just to clarify, these are the 8 steps? I would fill in the vulnerability section due to my conditions and I have 24 hour support

That Is the advice for filling in the N180 DQ document, not the 8 steps

The 8 steps are numbered 1 to 8

Then I have a genuinely stupid follow up question, are these the steps detailed in the Newbie thread? I've been following them as best I can but I don't see the numbered 1-8 section, but I don't know if I'm being more blind than usual

    No, definitely not

The 8 steps are in the 1st post in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum
