Help with AOS
Hello all. I am in the process of moving house. The claim form from parking eye was sent to my old address dated 29th June. I have only picked up the mail today, trying to login to MCOL for AOS.
It does not let me do this.
In the top left hand corner it says:
A claim was issued against you on 29/06/2026
A judgment was issued against you on 24/07/2026 at 19:10:13
What do I do, if I cannot do the AOS?
The PCN was issued by parking eye in a hospital car park. Staff member on site told me to park in the car park as staff car park was full. Was working temporarily at this hospital and did not think 3 years later they will end up doing this
I have taken all advice for previous issues but not had this issue arise before so anything would be a great help
Thank you

Are DCB LEGAL involved on the claim form. ? Or just Parking Eye. ?
As its now a judgment, you may need to apply for a set aside due to incorrect service of papers

You are too late to defend. But DCB Legal and a CCJ dated Friday means there is time to sort this out. Do not pay it off but don't ignore it. There are ways to avoid the CCJ & resolve it.
Bear with me…
