Postage confusion on multi item sale
Can anyone advise on this please-
A buyer has just bought 3 items from me. The postage on each item if bought separately would have been £3.60. Because she has bought 3, now that she has paid it shows postage against each item as 94p in my Sold section.
All 3 items can go in one package for one postage charge but if I go to print a label its going to give me one for 94p which is obviously not enough but I cant print 3 individual labels so how do I get the correct postage for my parcel? .

That comes to £2.82, is it a click and collect order as I think that's the price for Simple Delivery.

do you just have one label? In that case it’s correct. As per Ms_ Chocoholic the postage is split between the three items which are then packed together and posted on a supplied SD small parcel label.

Thank you for the replies. Its a SD. I was just confused as it says 'Print Label' at the side of each item.
