hi there
Im in need of support. I moved out of the place the letters were sent to so never saw the original letters. I’ve now managed to receive some mail from my old address and I have got this letter. Any advice on next steps?? It was that long ago I don’t even know what it was for or have the same car. My name is also misspelt on the letter and I don’t know if that counts for anything. It’s my parent house so I don’t want them to have to deal with anything.

No bailiffs will call so your parents have no worries, but this is a problem for you.
That letter says you already have a CCJ… since a year ago. A county court judgment wrecks your credit rating. Have you checked with Trust Online to see if it is recorded? Do that first.

Do you have any letters from Euro Car Parks or the original PCN please?
Which car park site was it at exactly?
What did you apparently do wrong, do you know?

I don’t have any of the originals no. I think the app didn’t work but I can’t remember, it says it’s from 2023. It was market street - Loughborough.
