• The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. However, if you need further information on these costs please contact us or visit www.phonecharges.org. Prize:  There is one prize consisting of forty thousand pounds (£40,000) cash (the “Cash”), a VW 2.0 T28 Bespoke Transporter T7 campervan (the “Campervan”) and TUI giftcards to the value of fifteen thousand pounds (£15,000) (the “Giftcards”). (i) the Cash This element of the prize consists of forty thousand pounds (£40,000) cash, made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.  (ii) the Campervan This element of the prize consists of a four (4) berth, manual VW 2.0 T28 Bespoke Transporter T7 campervan.  The Campervan includes a five (5) year manufacturer warranty, the first registration fee, twelve (12) months of road tax and half a tank of diesel petrol.  The winner will have the choice of either (i) collecting the Campervan at the Moorlake dealership in Watford or Yorkshire (as confirmed by the prize provider of the Campervan) with a formal handover or (ii) having the Campervan delivered to their home address, within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Campervan, a current driver’s licence and a current and valid photo ID. The winner is responsible for insuring the Campervan and all other costs associated with taking up with Campervan. The winner may choose to register the Campervan in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person. The Campervan will be first registered in the name of the winner or the other person chosen by the winner (subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person) and first registration will take place within three (3) months of winner confirmation. Please note that the Campervan will include mileage for promotional purposes. (iii) the Giftcards This element of the prize includes TUI gift cards to the value of fifteen thousand pounds (£15,000) (being three (3) gift cards of five thousand pounds (£5,000)) each, which can be redeemed online at tui.co.uk, firstchoice.co.uk, or in any TUI shop or superstore, excluding the Republic of Ireland as full or part payment, as set out in TUI’s terms and conditions (which can be found at  https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/tui-gift-cards ). TUI will send blank Giftcards to the winner via post (without funds) with a cover letter explaining how to contact TUI to ask for the funds to be loaded and the Giftcards activated. Upon contact with the winner, TUI will credit and activate the Giftcards. The Giftcards can be used to book a single or multiple holiday(s), up to £15,000 (fifteen thousand pounds) and within the validity period. Please note that if the winner redeems the Giftcards online, they must make sure that the Giftcards have sufficient funds for the full transaction. In the event that there are not enough funds on the Giftcards to pay for the bookingin its entirety, the winner must go into a TUI store to book their chosen holiday(s) with the remainder of the funds on the Giftcards and cash or credit/debit card. The winner must be the lead traveller on the chosen holiday(s). The expiry date is printed on the reverse of the Giftcards, and will be at least one (1) year from receipt. The Giftcards must be treated by the winner as cash and the balance cannot be refunded if lost, stolen or destroyed. The Giftcards are non-transferable and no alternative will be offered. The Giftcards cannot be used to buy another gift card. The Giftcards cannot be used as payment, or exchanged for, travel money-related products, including currency, travellers’ cheques and prepaid cards. Any travel products purchased using either a Giftcard or cash are subject to availability at the time of booking and scheduling. The Giftcards cannot be redeemed over the phone and cannot be used in Republic of Ireland or online at crystalski.co.uk. Giftcards cannot be used online for TUI Ski, TUI Lakes, TUI Worldwide or First Choice Ski, and cannot be used at third party agents. Please note that the Giftcards are not covered by ABTA’s scheme of financial protection.
