Just got this on ebay:
Starting in August 2026, we’ll begin moving eligible sellers from the Global Shipping Programme to eBay International Shipping (eIS) as part of a phased rollout through to December 2026. Once your account has moved, all eligible listings will automatically be included in eIS. We’ll let you know once your account has been enrolled. Please note that the Global Shipping Programme will no longer be available after migration. |

Why stay enrolled in eBay International Shipping? |
- •The same simple process - just ship to the hub and we’ll handle the rest
- •Keep your earnings protected while we handle the returns and refunds
- •Reach buyers in 195+ countries (up from 105) without extra cost
- •Save with eIS rates up to 30% cheaper than GSP*
- •No international selling fees on eIS orders

If you’d like to opt out before the programme launches, you can do so through the opt-out form. Once you’re enrolled, you can still opt out or update your country exclusions at any time via your Postage Preferences. By default, eIS will include all countries, even those you’ve previously excluded. |
