HPB Competition 2026 - Terms and Conditions

1. In order to enter the prize draw, entrants must enter a valid email address and by doing so are agreeing to receive regular email communications from Silversurfers in accordance with our Privacy Policy*. Should entrants no longer wish to receive emails, they may unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time.
2. The prize is a 8-day holiday for two in Brittany, France staying at HPB Manoir du Hilguy in a one-bedroom apartment. Your prize includes accommodation, flights and care hire. There is one prize available to be won.
3. Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use of and enjoyment of the prize, that the winners or their guests incur are the sole responsibility of the winners or their guests.
4. Prizes are subject to availability. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and, unless stated, there are no cash alternatives. In the event that the prize is out of stock or if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
5. There is no purchase necessary and the prize is non-exchangable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
6. The prize excludes: (a) Any form of travel or medical insurance (b) Any accommodation extras (eg telephone, mini-bar or alcoholic drinks), (c) Any personal expenses (d) UK transfers.
7. It is the responsibility of the entrants to ensure that they are fit for travel, with adequate travel insurance.
8. The winner will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer.
9. Prizes must not be sold or auctioned and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. The prize draw is open to UK residents only. HPB Bondholders, employees of HPB and Rest Less, their associates, family members, members of their households, and anyone else connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
11. Entries are to be submitted by completing the official online registration form. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules.
12. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.
13. Entrants must be over 18 and only one entry per person.
14. The closing date for receipt of entries is 31 July at midnight.
15. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and will be formally notified (by email) within 14 days of the closing date.
16. The main winner of the prize must respond within 14 days of being notified to claim their prize.
17. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Silversurfers will accept no responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
19. Use of false name or addresses, for example, a name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
20. Silversurfers do not sell or share your data with any other company, however, we will pass the winner’s details on to our service providers and agents.
