£10 mastercard reward from Money Super Market fraud
I received a money supermarket reward for £10, which I converted to a Mastercard prepaid card, which is showing in Great British pounds as £10 available.
I added it to Google wallet.
Every time I try and spend it on multiple sites, including Marks and Spencer's online, for the exact amount of £10, it is constantly declined, even though the balance is in GBP as £10 and shows this on their website.
Every time I speak to GiftCloud, who supplied the mastercard, on live chat they hang up on me, saying that the card is in US dollars and it's declined because I need to spend it in US dollars, which it is not. I explain this and send screen shots and they hang up on me.
It is showing as Great British pounds.
I have contacted Money Super Market and they say they can't help and I need to speak to Gift Cloud.
I am in a loop and this £10 reward is useless and they are getting away with it.
I need to figure out how to report this as fraud.
Please help. Neither site will help me.

Have you tried using it for a lesser amount? £5 perhaps?

I'm sure this is frustrating, but it's not fraud.

Google wallet often causes problems with these, because it will run 0.01 as a confirmation before the transaction goes through. The transaction then fails because the card shows only 9.99 is available, which isn't enough for £10.
EDIT: Or it might be £1 for confirmation. Either way, it causes the failure.

So you had a £10 reward from MoneySuperMarket
You then took this reward to GiftCloud and ordered a £10 (online only) prepaid Mastercard
Is it then YourRewardPass who issue the (digital) Mastercard?
Is the problem that you are trying to buy something that costs more than £10?
Don't think you can do a partial payment with the prepaid Mastercard, the retailer is looking to take the full amount and fails with insufficient funds. If you wanted to make a partial payment then you need to use a gift card, not a prepaid debit card.
If this is the problem then top-up the card to the full amount of the transaction.
EDIT : Not fraud.

Skip google wallet and buy something online - top up your electricity account, use TopCashback/Quidco and buy a supermarket giftcard.
Suggesting these two as you can choose the exact amount you want, even 9.99 etc.

Can you use it to top up an existing account like electric/gas, broadband or mobile?
They might also require 2FA so may send a message to your phone/email.

I have a similar issue…bought a new mobile contract via MSE with Talk Mobile, which came with a £59 gift reward
4 months later I was able to claim my gift from Giftcloud in the form of a physical prepaid Mastercard which I duly received.
It doesn’t work
On presenting it to card machines in over a dozen retailers now (supermarkets, coffee shops, pubs) there’s no response from the card machine.
I’ve inserted the card and keyed the pin, which I had previous set up online, but twice it said ‘wrong pin’ and gave 1 further chance before the card was blocked. I didn’t try a 3rd time
Talk Mobile say it’s not their responsibility, and the card issuer (myrewardpass) just reply with auto generated emails suggesting the things I’ve tried, eg different retailers, use the pin
I’ve notified MSE ‘vouchers’ by email hoping they can put me rightFeeling conned. Again
