Transunion cannot verify identity

I checked my Transunion report several times over a few weeks following my email being hacked. No problem in obtaining it. Then suddenly last week when entering my details it says it could not verify my identity (just after entering name, date of birth, address etc - before the page where it asks you questions about your credit) and won't allow me to request the file. All the details I'm entering are the same as before. I looked at Credit Karma but don't know what I should be looking for to identify the problem. It was fine one day and not the next. A week later it's still refusing despite trying different browers

When you say 'several times over a few weeks' are we talking about once or twice in a week or 5 times a day?

Might be that Transunion have 'locked' your account because of excessive requests. These 'timeouts' generally reset after 24-48 hours.
