Ebay INR - Info FYI (in case you didn't know)
I've got an issue with a buyer and an item that is taking longer in the Evri network than I had hoped. The buyer opened an INR last week which is due to expire tomorrow. The parcel seems to go missing for a few days then is scanned again and it's been scanned at the delivery depot today so I wasn't sure what to do. I contacted Ebay (chat) who unbelievably extended the INR until 31 July - just wanted to let others know that this is something they can do, it was because the tracking updated today and the parcel is still on its way.
Just wanted to let others know if this has not happened to them before.

That's good to know, thanks. Although I suspect, like all call centres, it heavily depends on the person you get on the end of the phone/chat.

I agree that is rare , hopefully it will show up this coming week otherwise it’s the usual drill, refund before deadline and claim loss from Evri.
