I take it this is when bought from a store, though, not online. Due to distance selling regs which allow you to return things within 7 days, cpw/e2save credit the £10 to your account when you buy online, rather than sending a voucher.
yes i brought instore an was given the 10.00 top up there and then, i was expecting for the 10.00 credit to be added at a later date like every other time ive brought from there but no put new sim in and there was the credit.
also i have ordered my phones online and have always been unlocked :D
have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving
  • Bought an f3 for my daughter, niece and my friend bought one for herself and her son. Brilliant phones as they last for over a week without a charge and they can be easily locked so only numbers in the phonebook can be called which is perfect for the kids. So really pleased with this deal. A phone for a fiver, then the simcard came with £1 and then the £10 topup bought at the time, then when I reistered online got ANOTHER £2 free. So for £14.95 got a phone and £13 credit!! phone for £1.95? can't beat it!!

As for the 2310, a bit annoyed it won't even take a tmobile sim considereing usually virgin and tmobile are interchangeable.

I bought this Motorola F3 phone on Virgin,[FONT=arial,sans-serif] but there isn't anything in the packet to say that there is £10.00 credit on the sim card.

    Can anyone advise?

I bought an F3 plus £10 top-up for free by trading in an old mobile to pay for the top-up.

The total credit was £13, from the initial sim card credit of £1, plus the £10 top-up, plus another £2 when I registered the number.

Phone 789 from your phone to check the balance on your sim.
