Bridge fine and no initial letter
I had this letter for a bridge toll, this was the first letter I received, nothing else received before.
I have emailed the bridge owner.

Do nothing for now, as advised by @ChirpyChicken. Keep an eye on the main Warburton Bridge thread by @Beaudelicious so you’re aware of, and keep abreast of how current strategies are progressing. Bookmark it for ease of access.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Over 80 people have reported getting a DCBL letter without ever having received the corresponding initial UTCN. Yes, there might be some who haven’t kept their address up to date with DVLA but plenty of others tell us that they have received UTCNs previously to the same address.
I’ve come back to update this total, 350+ people have received at least one DCBL letter without a corresponding initial UTCN . Why? It’s the fastest way to collect a lot of money, isn’t it?
