Redundancy Advice

Hi,

My daughter was made redundant on the 17th June after the company she worked for went into liquidation, they have since appointed 2 different insolvency agents, both have which are not communicating with my daughter, she has asked for a Claims Reference number to be able to claim owed wages and they have provided one but when we try to use it on the GOV website it says details cannot be found, it is now over a month since she was made redundant, can someone advise us on what to do next please

Is it something that HMRC might want to know about? i.e. are the insolvency agents not complying with things?
