HBOS shareholder
I am trying to locate if my 371 shares under Folio (Removed by Forum Team) The last statement I can find is dated 10/09/01

https://www.lloydsbankinggroup.com/investors/shareholder-information/shareholder-services.html includes details of how to contact the registrars of Lloyds Banking Group, who acquired HBOS in 2009.
Best to remove your unique reference number from your post….

If you still have the old statement, that's a good starting point. I'd contact the registrar with the details from it, as they should be able to confirm whether the shares are still registered in your name. Hopefully it's straightforward to track them down.
